Responsabilities:
Establish, manage and direct the work of the Branch. Provide an impartial, independent and informal conflict-resolution mechanism for the settlement of employment-related problems for staff members and related personnel of the United Nations Secretariat

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in administration, counseling, dispute resolution, human relations, law, management, organizational development, or other relevant discipline preferred.
Experience:
Ten years of progessively responsible professional experience, including five at international level in dispute resolution, managerial or legal fields. Experience in resolution of conflicts or disputes is highly desirable.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of the main United Nations languages spoken in the region(s) is desirable.
