Responsabilities:
Work with users in defining and analysing user requirements for ICT solutions. Work with Member State Support Programmes in defining and implementing the software and hardware requirements for the information systems to be provided.
Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of computer programming and system analysis and design so as to develop efficient programs. Good communication skills: Ability to write clearly and in a structured manner and to make effective oral presentations.

Qualifications:
Education:
University (or equivalent) degree in software engineering or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant practical experience developing client-server and/or web based applications, interfacing with Windows and relational database management systems. Experience with CASE tools and object-oriented software.
Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of at least one other IAEA official language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external counterparts and to work harmoniously in a multicultural/multidisciplinary environment with respect and sensitivity for diversity.
