Responsible for the first level approval of requests from borrowers for payments and for special commitments. As part of this responsibility, Regional Center Finance Analysts play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of processing.

Qualifications:
Education:
BA/BS (Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business and/or related field.) Preference of Master's Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g. CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
Experience:
7 years of experience in project accounting and auditing including portfolio management, project implementation, and contract management.
Languages:
English [Essential]
Others:
Knowledge and application of the World Bank operational policies (desirable).
