Responsabilities:
The HD specialist will form part of a broader team of senior health, education and SP specialists working on Malawi. She/he will provide support on operational issues, foster dialogue with counterparts, and contribute to AAA and lending products.
Competencies:
Strong client orientation with commitment to results on the ground. ng theoretical background in one relevant subject area and ability to translate theory into practical applications in the context of Bank work.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as education, public health, public finance or economics.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience working with government, NGO or donor in a field based assignment is a plus.
