Job offer description: City: Washington, DC Country: UNITED STATES Responsabilities: Serve as the principal point of contact for legal issues relating to the Treasury’s investment of the Bank’s own liquid assets portfolio and other funds under management by Investment Management Department within Treasury. Competencies: Knowledge of corporate and securities laws with an emphasis on investment transactions; superior communications, presentational, drafting, and negotiating skills.

Qualifications: Education: 5 years of relevant experience and/or JD, LLB, LLM or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Qualified to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. Familiarity with market standard agreements in the investments area. Substantive experience in applying legal expertise to analyzing transactions and developing innovative and creative solutions. Languages: English [Essential]
