Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, certifications or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience particularly as a customer service engineer: 4+ years preferred. Demonstrates working knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/ troubleshooting skills.
Languages:
Applicants must be comfortable communicating in English and Japanese, both verbally and in writing.
