Job offer description: City: Rabat Country: MORROCO Responsabilities: Contributes to specific Human Development (HD) operational activities at all stages of the project cycle, responsibility for costing, financing and disbursements aspects, drafting of implementation arrangements and project supervision. Competencies: Strong analytical skills and ability to use project management tools. Excellent communications skills, both in oral presentations and in writing sections of papers, briefs, independent reports, etc.

Qualifications: Education: Education: MA/MS In a relevant discipline (e.g. economics, social sciences, business administration, or other field related to development) OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Technical Skills/Experience: At least 5 years of experience working on Human Development related issues. Demonstrated knowledge of- and experience in the project management. Languages: English [Essential]; French [Essential]; Arabic [Desired] Others: Organizational Skills: Highly organized and diligent individual. A record of handling complex assignment and prioritizing to deliver timely, top quality products. This ability must be coupled with a high tolerance to uncertainties in the work program.
