Job offer description:City: GenevaCountry: SWITZERLAND Responsabilities:Working closely with other members of the Division and under the general supervision of the Director or other senior officer, the incumbent will provide analytical support to the work of the Division.Competencies:Evidence of a solid working knowledge of modern international economics and quantitative economic analysis. Ability to write clearly, concisely and speedily, including for a non-specialist readership. |
Qualifications:Education:A PhD. in economics, ideally with a focus on international trade.Experience:Two years of working experience on issues of international trade, which may have been gained in an academic institution.LanguagesThe incumbent will be required to work in English. A good knowledge of at least one of the other two WTO working languages (French and Spanish) would be an advantage. |
