Responsabilities:
Human Resource Management: Follow up with HRMS on various related human resource activities e.g., recruitment, placement, promotion, performance appraisal, job classification reviews, separation of staff members.
Competencies:
Professionalism: Proven conceptual analytical, and evaluative skills and ability to conduct independent research and analysis, identifying issues, formulating options and making conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business or public administration, finance, accounting, law or related area.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, finance, accounting, human resources management or related field.
Languages:
Must have fluency in spoken and written English . Fluency in spoken and written Arabic or French is highly desirable.
Others:
Knowledge of administrative, budgetary, financial and human resources policies and procedures and the ability to apply various United Nations administrative rules and regulations in work situations is preferred.
