Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in human resources management, business or public administration, social sciences, education or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, administration or related area. Experience in compensation administration is desirable.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is essential. Knowledge of another official language, preferably French, Spanish or Arabic, is an advantage.
Others:
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, databases and IT applications is required.
