Job offer description: City: Panama City Country: PANAMA Responsabilities: planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the regional component of Early Childhood Education and technical support to Country Offices, within the Education sector. Competencies: Knowledge of the latest developments and technology in ECD/Education. Analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills. Professional leadership and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications: Education: Advanced university degree in Early Childhood Education or related Education field. Experience: Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, in the field of Early Childhood Education and/or Education. Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is an asset.
