Job offer description:City: BrusselsCountry: BELGIUM Responsabilities:The Application Support Analyst will have day-to-day operational maintenance and support responsibility for a number of assigned applications.Competencies:Have experience and skills in technical application analysis and documentation. Analyse and resolve application incidents in accordance with established ICTM procedures and SLAs. |
Qualifications:Education:Have a good general education, at least to higher secondary level complemented by a technical curriculum in information technologies, computer sciences, or another relevant discipline.Experience:Have at least 2 years of experience in application development and/or support, with at least 1 year of recent, direct experience using modern development tools and databases from ORACLE and/or Microsoft.LanguagesBe fluent, orally and in writing, in one of the two official languages of the Organization with a working knowledge of the other. |
