Job offer description: City: Brussels Country: BELGIUM Responsabilities: The Application Support Analyst will have day-to-day operational maintenance and support responsibility for a number of assigned applications. Competencies: Have experience and skills in technical application analysis and documentation. Analyse and resolve application incidents in accordance with established ICTM procedures and SLAs.

Qualifications: Education: Have a good general education, at least to higher secondary level complemented by a technical curriculum in information technologies, computer sciences, or another relevant discipline. Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in application development and/or support, with at least 1 year of recent, direct experience using modern development tools and databases from ORACLE and/or Microsoft. Languages: Be fluent, orally and in writing, in one of the two official languages of the Organization with a working knowledge of the other.
