Responsabilities:
Organizes and monitors the internal work flow related to documents and publications in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, using the job order tracking system: Receives texts from other divisions for editing, translating and text processing.
Competencies:
Professionalism: Knowledge of ECLAC structure and rules of procedure of the UN System. Knowledge of all aspects relating to workflow of documents and publications in an international organization, including typographic standards.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. University studies in languages or language - related area desirable
Experience:
At least six years of experience working with editorial and documents production processes and practices are required, of which at least three years must be within the United Nations system, preferably at ECLAC.
Languages:
Advanced knowledge of Spanish and English is required. Knowledge of the second language (English/Spanish) will be tested, unless it can be supported by a certificate of a recognized institution.
Others:
Good knowledge of the operation of job tracking systems and documents production software, development of production statistics and communication via Internet is required.
