Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in public or business administration, human resources management or related area.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management or related area. Experience in recruitment of project personnel and benefit administration under the UN staff regulations and rules desirable.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the UN Secretariat. Fluency in spoken and written English and French is required for this position. Knowledge of other official UN languages is an advantage.
Others:
Familiarity with IMIS and UN human resources policies, procedures, practices, regulations and rules desirable.
