Coordinates the information management projects for field missions involving feasibility studies, systems analysis, design, development and implementation of new, moderately complex systems, and/or, participates as a member of a development team.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related area.
Languages:
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in English (both oral and written) is required. Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of another official UN language is an advantage
Others:
Knowledge of the UN information technology standards, information systems and software platforms is desirable. Proficiency in project management methodologies, business process analysis, Six Sigma, ITIL and PRINCE2 is required.
