Job offer description:City: Dar Es SalaamCountry: TANZANIA Responsabilities:The CTA will be responsible for the technical, financial and human resource management of the Youth Entrepreneurship Facility based in Dar es Salaam and its country operations in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.Competencies:Demonstrated and recognized expertise in entrepreneurship development and/or entrepreneurship education; demonstrated expertise in project management and knowledge sharing and in devising new methods, concepts, approaches and techniques. |
Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree in entrepreneurship development, business administration, development studies or a related social science discipline.Experience:Ten to fifteen years' experience of which at least seven years at the international level; demonstrated and recognized expertise in entrepreneurship development and/or entrepreneurship education.LanguagesExcellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Swahili and another UN language would be an asset. |
