Responsabilities:
The incumbent is responsible for promoting understanding of and support for NATO
policies and programmes in Russia. He/she, together with local staff and the support
of the Contact Point Embassy implements North Atlantic Council (NAC) policy.
Competencies:
Have excellent, in-depth knowledge of NATO operations and policies, and international affairs. Possess strong and proven managerial/administrative skills.

Qualifications:
Education:
Possess a university degree from an institute of recognised standing or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
Have at least ten years’ of relevant professional experience with relevant managerial experience. Have experience developing and implementing on-line programming and organising conferences and seminars;
Languages:
Be fluent in Russian as well as one of the official languages of the Organization and have a basic working knowledge of the other.
