HRM, as well as intellectual and organizational leadership and strategic guidance throughout the Organization.

Proven ability to identify key strategic issues and risks in relation to the Organization’s mid-term strategy and objectives. Proven competency in strategic thinking, team leadership, leading vision and change.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in human resources, public or business administration or management or other related fields.
Experience:
At least 15 years of progressive professional experience at the national or international level in human resources management. Assignments at international level and/or within the United
Nations would be an asset.
Languages:
Excellent command of written and spoken English or French and a good command of the other language.
