Responsabilities:

Systematically bring together the experiences of the country offices of ESAR in social protection programming, with particular focus on social cash transfers, into a community of practice.

Competencies:

Communication, Working with People, Drive for Results, Formulating Strategies and Concept, Analyzing.

Qualifications:

Education:

Advanced degree in Economics or related social science.

Experience:

Minimum of eight years relevant work experience, incl. with social cash transfers, in terms of policy/program formulation, research, evaluation and/or implementation. Experience in Africa is desirable.

Languages

Fluency in English and another UN language.
