Responsabilities:
Oversight of GHR operations for a designated client group including service delivery, operational effectiveness and provision of expert advice on HR entitlements and benefits.
Competencies:
Very good knowledge of HR management principles and practices, good understanding of HR computerized information system, planning and organizational skills, ability to analyze issues and to present information in a clear and logical manner.

Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced university degree in HR management, public or business administration, or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in HR management or related area, preferably on entitlements or payroll in a UN Organization. Supervisory and field experience.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English or French, with a good working knowledge of the other and excellent drafting skills in at least one of them. Knowledge of other official languages an asset.
