Responsabilities:
Drafting financial policy and WHO Financial Rules and Regulations aligned with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). Drafting financial operational procedures applicable to HQ, Regions and Country Offices.
Competencies:
Demonstrated skills and experience in finance, accounting, management and reporting, with the
ability to analyze financial data and recommend appropriate actions orally and in writing.

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree in accounting, financial management, business administration or a closely related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial management/reporting, preferably within a corporation, national, multi-national or international organization.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English and a basic knowledge of French.
