Job offer description:City: Washington, DCCountry: USA Responsabilities:As manager of a small, in-house team and a larger pool of design, IA, and user research vendors, the UX lead is responsible for the completion of work within budget, schedule, and design parameters.Competencies:Full understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to website and product development. Demonstrated understanding of complex taxonomies, and component based templates for content management systems. |
Qualifications:Education:MA/MS preferred in relevant discipline (interaction design, human-computer interaction, industrial design, graphic design, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. BS/BA is the minimum education requirement.Experience:Minimum years of relevant experience is 5 years working in a strategic capacity to develop websites or other online communities with advanced expertise in user-centered design principles and sub-disciplines of the user experience practice.LanguagesEnglish [Essential] |
