Responsabilities:

Attend to user requests for support and problem-solving using the Regional Office diagnosis and solution tools. Registration of incoming users complains, their solution, timing and user feedback.

Competencies:

Good knowledge of microcomputer operations. Working knowledge of Windows. Working knowledge of networking environment. Knowledge of help-desk operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

Completion of secondary education. Training in area of informatics.Formal training on Windows Operating Systems family. Formal training on MS Office Suite.

Experience:

Three years experience in operation of computers, hardware maintenance/trouble-shooting and software support.

Languages

Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic essential. TOEFL Certificate of English language (local) with a score of more than 550, or TOEFL international certificate with a score of more than 60 or IELTS is required from external candidates.
