Working knowledge of networking environment. Knowledge of help-desk operations. |
Qualifications:Education:Completion of secondary education. Training in area of informatics.Formal training on Windows Operating Systems family. Formal training on MS Office Suite.Experience:Three years experience in operation of computers, hardware maintenance/trouble-shooting and software support.LanguagesGood knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic essential. TOEFL Certificate of English language (local) with a score of more than 550, or TOEFL international certificate with a score of more than 60 or IELTS is required from external candidates. |
