Responsabilities:

Formulate the necessary guidance material (manual, tables of delegated authority, etc); develop an effective monotoring mechanism throughout the Organization; working with BOC Chiefs & Administrative Officers in Sectors and Field Offices.

Competencies:

Ability to define work goals & to attain them, excellent drafting and oral communication skills, innovative, strong inter-personal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, demonstrate behavioral flexibility to adapt to various circumstances.

Qualifications:

Education:

University degree (preferably at Master's level) in finance, accounting or related field. Professional accounting credential would be an asset.

Experience:

At least 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, of which preferably 3 years acquired at international level, in finance, accounting. Professional experience should include use of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), preferably SAP.

Languages

Excellent knowledge of English or French. A good knowledge of the other language would be an asset.
