Responsabilities:

Responsible for daily management of the Service Centre and its staff, and manages all aspects related to the provision and support of end-user configurations.

Competencies:

Qualifications:

Education:

University degree or equivalent level of qualification recognised standing in a technology management curriculum;

Experience:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager or team leader of a group of technical staff, and at least 3 years of experience in ICTM project management and knowledge of a globally recognised Project

Others:

Possess broad knowledge of mainstream ICT technologies, such as Microsoft Windows, desktop security, DHCP, and DNS;
