Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree with demonstrated expertise in business, economics or related discipline with specialization in issues pertaining to small enterprise development in developing countries...Experience:Ten to fifteen years' experience of which at least seven years at the international level in the area of formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies, programmes and projects in the field of job creation and enterprise development.LanguagesExcellent command of one working language of the Organization and a working knowledge of a second working language. Knowledge of a third working language would be an advantage.Others:Interviews for this post will take place between the last week of September and the end of October 2010.
