Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree in human resources development, skills or training policy, labour economics, or economic development.Experience:Three years' experience at the national level and two years at the international level, including professional or academic work with employers' and/or workers' associations or in the area of social dialogue or industrial relations.LanguagesExcellent command of one working language of the Organization. Proficiency in one other working language of the Organization would be an advantage. |
