Prepare comparative analyses, analytical case studies and policy briefs on the roles, mechanisms and impact of collective bargaining on workplace training...

Competencies:

This position requires the ability to: participate effectively in multi-disciplinary technical missions; provide first-line technical advice in the area of specialisation.

Qualifications:

Education:

Advanced university degree in human resources development, skills or training policy, labour economics, or economic development.

Experience:

Three years' experience at the national level and two years at the international level, including professional or academic work with employers' and/or workers' associations or in the area of social dialogue or industrial relations.

Languages

Excellent command of one working language of the Organization. Proficiency in one other working language of the Organization would be an advantage.
