Hands on knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources Management/Development especially in frame work of Police/Public Sector,

Qualifications:

Education:

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Public or Business Administration, or Social Science. A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications...

Experience:

A least 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in human resources or administrative management. or development. Experience in the formulation/development/design of policies and procedures.

Languages

Fluency and excellent command of written English is required. Knowledge of Portuguese, Tetum and/or Bahasa will be an advantage.
