Qualifications:Education:Advanced university degree (Master or equivalent) in finance, budget or related fields. A first level university degree with a relevant combination of academic qualifications and experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.Experience:At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting and financial management. Experience in formulating policies and implementation of finance/budget of a police or related organisation is required.LanguagesFluency in spoken and written English is required; Knowledge of Portuguese, Tetum and/or Bahasa will be an advantage.Others:Prior experience within the Police Component, United Nations Peacekeeping Operations and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point) is an advantage. |
