Qualifications:Education:Completed secondary education. Post secondary training in computer science or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.Experience:At least ten years of working experience in a computer-related environment including responsibility for hardware and software installation. Of those, at least two years experience in an IT service desk environment.LanguagesExcellent knowledge of both oral and written English. Knowledge of German an advantage.Others:Experience in multiuser computer systems management, preferably with VAX/VMS systems. |
