Qualifications:

Education:

Have a university degree, preferably in the field of economics, political science or related studies.

Experience:

Have at least 5 years’ experience of dealing with defence and/or economic topics including energy security as well as project management in the public and/or private sector...

Languages

Be fluent in one of the official languages of the Organization and have a basic working knowledge of the other.
