Job offer description:City: Lusaka, Zambia
Responsabilities:Assist the Director in preparing the Office work plan based on the DWCP Outcomes to be achieved and the biannual Programme and Budget proposals. Develop the work plan and supervise the Programming unit.
Competencies:Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Gender sensitive behaviour and attitudes are required.
Education:Advanced university degree, or a first level degree and a recognized professional qualification, in economics, business or public administration, social science or other related field.
Experience:Five years of professional experience in programme management at the national level, or three years at the international level. Previous experience in the ILO or another international organization would be an asset.
LanguagesExcellent command of English and good knowledge of another working language of the ILO (French, Spanish) and Portuguese.
