Work Permit

Sometimes people want to exercise their profession in a place where they think they can do a better exercise of their own potential for economic reasons, better job proposals or simply because they haven't found enough equipment to work within their own country. There are many work permits and each one of them are directed towards one specific field of work in most cases, or distributed according to the relevance of their professions. Work permits are usually requested by the employers, not the employees themselves. Some of the work permits are:

- H-1B Visa: Valid for professionals. Employers, must, of course, have a BA degree or its equivalent.
- L-1A and L-1B Visas: Company transfer. L-1A is for managers and executives, and L-1B is for positions where you can put your own expert knowledge to work.
- E Visas: For traders or for those who have inverted substantially in the USA.
- J-Visas: Exchange visas.
